Crispy Air-Fried Pasta Salad by Cookingwithmurph
Crunchy air-fried bow tie pasta tossed with fresh garden vegetables and a creamy yogurt dressing.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 box) protein bow tie pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 large cucumber, chopped
- 250g (1 cup) grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 150g (3 cup) lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling water according to package directions, then drain thoroughly over medium heat until softened, about 5 min.
- Toss the cooked pasta in a bowl with olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Air fry the seasoned pasta at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Prepare the vegetables by chopping the cucumber, halving the tomatoes, and dicing the red onion.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl to create the dressing.
- Combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and crispy pasta in a large serving bowl.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the salad and toss everything together until well coated before serving.
