Ingredients

  • 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough
  • 2 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 115g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly dust a clean workstation with flour.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough into a single rectangle, pinching the perforated seams together to seal.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the dough surface.
  4. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the cream cheese, then top with an even layer of shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.
  5. Roll the dough up tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  6. Place the pinwheels upright on a baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
