- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough
- 2 cup rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 115g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly dust a clean workstation with flour.
- Roll out the crescent dough into a single rectangle, pinching the perforated seams together to seal.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the dough surface.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the cream cheese, then top with an even layer of shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.
- Roll the dough up tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels upright on a baking sheet and brush the tops lightly with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
