Savory seasoned ground beef and sharp cheddar cheese on soft Hawaiian rolls with garlic butter crust.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tbsp paprika
- 0.5 tbsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tbsp yellow mustard
- 12 king's hawaiian rolls
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked, then drain the excess fat.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and yellow mustard; cook for 2 minutes to blend flavors, then set aside.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally to separate the tops from the bottoms.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls into a casserole dish.
- Layer half of the cheddar cheese over the bottom buns, spread the cooked beef mixture evenly on top, drizzle with ketchup, and add the remaining cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
- Whisk together the melted butter, garlic salt, and parsley in a small bowl, then brush this mixture over the tops of the buns.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the buns are golden and the cheese is melted.
