Buttery Italian Chicken Bake by Cookingwithmurph

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 lb potatoes, diced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) green beans, drained
- 2 sticks (1 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 packets (1 oz each) italian dressing and recipe mix
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides and place them into a casserole dish.
- Melt one stick of butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in one packet of Italian dressing mix until combined.
- Pour the herb butter mixture over the chicken breasts, coating them evenly.
- In a second casserole dish, add the diced potatoes to one side and the drained green beans to the other.
- Melt the second stick of butter in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the second packet of Italian dressing mix
- Pour the remaining herb butter over the potatoes and green beans, tossing them gently to ensure they are fully coated.
- Bake both dishes in the preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
