Ingredients
- 600g (1.3 lb) salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp red thai curry paste
- 1 tbsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels to ensure a better sear
- Whisk the Thai curry paste, jerk seasoning, honey, lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of oil in a medium bowl.
- Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss gently until evenly coated, then let marinate for 5 minutes.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon bites in the skillet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until the edges are crispy and the salmon is cooked through and opaque.
