Honey Garlic Ranch Wings by Cookingwitbritt
Crispy fried chicken wings tossed in a sweet and savory honey garlic ranch butter glaze.

Ingredients
- 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken wings, split
- 2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 500 ml vegetable oil (for frying)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (for sauce)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp chicken broth
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings dry, then toss in a bowl with 2 tbsp ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, mustard, and cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot or fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Fry wings in batches for 10–14 minutes, or until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Prepare the sauce by melting butter in a small saucepan over medium heat; stir in honey, garlic, 1 tbsp ranch seasoning, parsley, hot sauce, and chicken broth until combined.
- Drain the fried wings on paper towels, then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the honey garlic ranch sauce over the wings and toss thoroughly to coat before serving.
