Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb farfalle pasta
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon (for pasta water)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup diced red and green bell peppers
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp tony’s creole seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp sazon
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water, stir in chicken bouillon, and cook farfalle pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Season lamb chops generously with butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Sazon, Adobo, paprika, and steakhouse seasoning.
  3. Sear lamb chops in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness; remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers, shallots, and minced garlic over medium heat until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Creole seasoning, Old Bay, and Sazon
  6. Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes until it begins to thicken, then toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.
  7. Serve the creamy pasta topped with the seared lamb chops.
