Seared lamb chops served over farfalle pasta tossed in a creamy bell pepper and shallot sauce.

Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb farfalle pasta
- 1 tbsp chicken bouillon (for pasta water)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 cup diced red and green bell peppers
- 1 shallot, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp tony’s creole seasoning
- 0.5 tsp old bay seasoning
- 0.5 tsp sazon
- 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water, stir in chicken bouillon, and cook farfalle pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Season lamb chops generously with butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, Sazon, Adobo, paprika, and steakhouse seasoning.
- Sear lamb chops in a hot skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to desired doneness; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté diced bell peppers, shallots, and minced garlic over medium heat until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer; stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, red pepper flakes, Creole seasoning, Old Bay, and Sazon
- Simmer the sauce for 3-5 minutes until it begins to thicken, then toss in the cooked pasta until well coated.
- Serve the creamy pasta topped with the seared lamb chops.
