One-Pot Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta by Cook With Kels
Tender chicken and charred broccoli tossed with bowtie pasta in a silky, lemon-pepper infused cream sauce.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 400g (14 oz) bowtie pasta
- 1 large head broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken pieces until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add the garlic and broccoli to the pot, sautéing for 3 minutes until the broccoli begins to char slightly.
- Stir in the dry bowtie pasta, chicken broth, and lemon pepper seasoning, bringing the mixture to a boil over medium heat until heated through, about 5 min.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, cooking for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta evenly.
