- 2 tubes (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan or large round baking dish.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and arrange the pieces evenly in the prepared pan.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook for 3-5 minutes until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Pour the caramel sauce evenly over the arranged cinnamon roll pieces.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.
- Whisk together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and the icing packets included with the cinnamon rolls in a small bowl until smooth.
- Invert the cake onto a serving platter, drizzle with the prepared icing, and dust with cinnamon sugar before serving.
