Baked Sweet Potato Fries by Clarissaskitchen
Crispy baked sweet potato fries seasoned simply and served with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 2-3 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-1/2 inch matchsticks
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder or onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line 1-2 baking sheets with greased parchment paper.
- Toss the sweet potato matchsticks with the oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, and cumin until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer with a little space between each piece, using two sheets if needed.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries and bake 10-15 minutes more, until golden brown and crisp at the edges.
- Serve immediately with ketchup, aioli, or another dipping sauce.
