Vibrant matcha latte featuring a sweet blueberry syrup base and a fluffy blueberry-infused cold foam.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
- 2 oz warm water (for matcha)
- 6 oz milk of choice
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (for cold foam)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine blueberries, sugar, and 2 tbsp water in a small saucepan over medium heat; simmer for 5 minutes until berries break down and create a syrup.
- Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve and let it cool completely.
- Whisk the matcha powder with 2 oz warm water in a small bowl until smooth and no clumps remain.
- Combine 1 tbsp of the blueberry syrup with the heavy cream in a small jar or frother and whisk until thickened into a light foam.
- Fill a glass with ice, add the remaining blueberry syrup, and pour in the milk.
- Slowly pour the prepared matcha over the milk and top with the blueberry cold foam.
