Breakfast Sausage Stir Fry by Chercreations

Savory breakfast sausage stir-fry caramelized in a rich, umami-packed sauce with sweet onions and fresh herbs.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) breakfast sausage links, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp golden mountain seasoning sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the oyster sauce, dark sweet soy sauce, Golden Mountain seasoning sauce, fish sauce, and sriracha until well combined; set aside.
- Add the sliced breakfast sausage to a large non-stick pan over high heat and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.
- Add the sliced yellow onion to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until the onions are tender.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the sausages and onions, stirring constantly for 2 minutes to allow the sauce to caramelize and coat the ingredients.
- Stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro, cooking for 15 seconds just until the herbs are wilted, then remove from heat.
