Ingredients
- 200 g ribeye steak
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 0.5 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp honey
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 dash black pepper
Instructions
- Cut the ribeye steak into uniform bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and a dash of black pepper
- Add the steak cubes to the marinade, tossing well to coat evenly, and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the marinated steak cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the edges are browned and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
