Spicy roasted jalapeños filled with a creamy cheese and succulent shrimp blend for the perfect appetizer.

Ingredients
- 12 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 225g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 250g (9 oz) shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the softened cream cheese, chopped shrimp, salt, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until evenly combined.
- Fill each jalapeño half generously with the shrimp and cream cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed peppers on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the filling is bubbly and lightly browned.
