Ingredients

  • 600g (1.3 lb) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken pieces with flour, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the sauce bubbles, thickens, and coats the chicken in a sticky glaze.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
