Ingredients
- 600g (1.3 lb) boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Toss chicken pieces with flour, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the sauce bubbles, thickens, and coats the chicken in a sticky glaze.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
