Ingredients
- 2 ripe persimmons, sliced into wedges
- 2 peaches, sliced into wedges
- 150g (5 oz) creamy goat cheese or brie
- 1 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and dry the persimmons and peaches thoroughly.
- Slice the fruit into uniform wedges, removing any stems or pits, and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Top each fruit wedge with a small dollop of goat cheese or a thin slice of brie.
- Drizzle the entire platter lightly with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves if using, then serve immediately.
