Ingredients

  • 2 ripe persimmons, sliced into wedges
  • 2 peaches, sliced into wedges
  • 150g (5 oz) creamy goat cheese or brie
  • 1 tbsp honey (for drizzling)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the persimmons and peaches thoroughly.
  2. Slice the fruit into uniform wedges, removing any stems or pits, and arrange them on a serving platter.
  3. Top each fruit wedge with a small dollop of goat cheese or a thin slice of brie.
  4. Drizzle the entire platter lightly with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves if using, then serve immediately.
