Ingredients

  • 1.2kg Chicken breasts, diced (approx. 8 medium)
  • 16 slices Turkey bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 8 Large low-carb tortillas
  • 8 Mini low-carb tortillas
  • 125ml Sugar-free sweet chili sauce
  • 375g 0% Fat Greek yogurt, plain
  • 150g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 120g Fresh baby spinach, packed
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt and Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Thicken the sugar-free sweet chili sauce in a pan; let cool completely.
  2. Season chicken with garlic, onion, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear in a non-stick pan until fully cooked.
  3. Lay out large tortillas. Spread a thin layer of sauce, followed by a generous dollop of Greek yogurt (approx. 45-50g per wrap).
  4. Layer a handful of spinach, followed by chicken, 2 bacon slices, and feta.
  5. Place the mini tortilla on top and fold the outer edges inward to seal.
  6. Toast seam-side down on a hot griddle for 5 minutes per side until the exterior is crisp.
  7. Serve immediately for maximum crunch.
