Tender roasted sweet potatoes coated in a rich, spiced honey and maple glaze with citrus notes.

Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp kinder's seasoning (or salt/pepper blend)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then slice each in half lengthwise.
- Whisk together the melted butter, honey, brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, orange juice, and seasoning in a small bowl.
- Place the sweet potato halves in a large baking dish.
- Pour the glaze over the potatoes and toss thoroughly until each piece is evenly coated.
- Bake for 60 to 65 minutes until the potatoes are fork-tender and the glaze is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the glaze to thicken and caramelize before serving.
