- 1 cup italian dressing
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning (e.g., slap ya mama)
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs and diced potatoes into a large mixing bowl or baking dish.
- Season the chicken and potatoes evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the mixture, tossing well to ensure everything is thoroughly coated.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
