Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs, bone-in skin-on
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup italian dressing
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning (e.g., slap ya mama)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs and diced potatoes into a large mixing bowl or baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken and potatoes evenly with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and all-purpose seasoning.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the mixture, tossing well to ensure everything is thoroughly coated.
  4. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for deeper flavor.
