20-Minute Salmon Bowl by Ash
Quick solo dinner bowl with salmon, rice, and simple fresh toppings.

Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet (about 6 oz)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
- Pat the salmon dry, then season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes until shimmering.
- Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned outside and just opaque in the center.
- Warm the rice for 1-2 minutes, then spoon it into a bowl.
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and mayonnaise into a quick drizzle.
- Top the rice with salmon, avocado, cucumber, and carrots, then finish with sesame seeds and the sauce.
