Cheese Stuffed Banana Peppers by Anti Inflammatory
Mild banana peppers filled with a savory three-cheese blend, baked until golden and bubbling.

Ingredients
- 8 banana peppers, mild
- 225g (1 cup) cream cheese, softened
- 50g (1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 25g (1/4 cup) parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Wash the banana peppers thoroughly, slice them lengthwise, and carefully remove all seeds.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt, and parsley in a mixing bowl until well incorporated.
- Fill each prepared pepper cavity generously with the cheese mixture using a spoon.
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and lightly brush the outside of the stuffed peppers with olive oil.
- Cook the peppers in the air fryer for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the heat, let them cool slightly for 2 minutes, and serve warm.
