Corn starch slurry creates a smooth, glossy finish for thickened stir-fry sauces served over your meal.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine the corn starch and water in a small bowl, stirring until completely dissolved to create a slurry.
- Pour the slurry into your simmering stir-fry sauce while stirring constantly.
- Cook the sauce over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes, stirring, until it thickens and turns glossy.
