Golden pan-fried flatbread stuffed with a savory blend of seasoned ground meat and melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 lb ground meat (beef or pork)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Combine water, yogurt, oil, salt, sugar, flour, and baking powder in a bowl; mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape each into a ball.
- Roll each ball into a circle, place a portion of meat and cheese in the center, and seal the edges tightly.
- Flatten the filled dough balls into thin discs.
- Heat an oiled pan over medium-high heat and fry the naan for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
