Creamy avocado yogurt sauce blended with lime, cilantro, and jalapeño for tacos and more.

Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 jalapeño, deseeded
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1/4 tsp black pepper, plus more to taste
Instructions
- Add the avocados, garlic, cilantro, jalapeño, Greek yogurt, lime juice, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds, scraping down the sides once, until completely smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust with more salt, pepper, or lime juice if needed, then blend briefly again for 5-10 seconds.
- Serve immediately over tacos, chicken, beef, shrimp, or refrigerate until ready to use.
