Tahini Protein Breakfast Cookies by Agleavefit

High-protein tahini chocolate chip breakfast cookies that meal prep easily and taste like real cookies.

Ingredients
- 30 g tahini
- 30 g mini chocolate chips
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 large egg
- 180 g 0% Greek yogurt
- 15 g chia seeds
- 60 g rolled oats
- 20 g all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, about 5 minutes.
- Mix the tahini, mini chocolate chips, protein powder, egg, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, oats, and flour in a bowl until evenly combined, 1-2 minutes.
- Scoop and form the dough into 6 equal cookies, flattening each slightly so they bake evenly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges look set and the centers are just firm.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes so the cookies finish setting before serving.
