Funfetti Mug Cake by Accentgolden

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 1½ tbsp sugar
• ⅛ tsp baking powder
• ⅛ tsp salt
• 2½ tbsp milk
• 2 tsp melted butter
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tbsp rainbow sprinkles (up to 1 tbsp)

Instructions

1. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt to a large microwave-safe mug and whisk together until no clumps remain, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, then whisk until just combined — the batter will be fairly liquidy, that's normal.
3. Fold in the rainbow sprinkles gently so they don't break apart.
4. Microwave on high for 45–50 seconds, watching as the cake rises — it should look set on top and spring back slightly when done.
5. Let cool for 30 seconds, then top with a dollop of frosting and extra sprinkles if desired, and serve immediately.
